Manager (Rajasthan) – Non-Institutional / Marketing & Sales

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:To lead and drive sales growth for the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) transformer business in the assigned region by developing market presence, managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-Drive sales growth in existing and new markets.
-Build and maintain a strong enquiry pipeline.
-Acquire new customers and grow key accounts.
-Develop channel partners and influencer relationships.
-Ensure smooth order execution, timely collections, and high customer satisfaction.
-Lead and develop the sales team for consistent performance.  

KEY ACTIVITIES:  
-Prepare and implement quarterly sales plans for the region.
-Identify and develop new business opportunities.
-Acquire high-value customers and manage key accounts.
-Appoint and manage channel partners to expand market coverage.
-Set KPIs for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
-Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.
-Track lead-to-order cycles and improve conversion ratios.
-Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Submit accurate sales forecasts and competitor analysis reports.
-Review and report regional performance to the National Head.
-Travel Minimum 7–10 days/month to meet key accounts or support sales team; must attend key expos/events.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Qualification (Must/Desirable): Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.  

Experience:  10+ years in transformer sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
-Proven track record in the Commercial & Industrial transformer segment.
-Experience managing both direct customers and channel partners.
-Strong network with EPCs, consultants, and industrial clients.
