| MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: | To support the sales team in generating leads, meeting customers, preparing offers, following up on enquiries, assisting in negotiations, and coordinating documentation, while building skills to handle sales independently in the future. |
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
| KEY RESULTS: -Support lead generation and follow-ups. -Assist in preparing offers and order documents. -Keep CRM and reports updated. -Help convert enquiries to orders. -Build basic customer relationships and learn the sales cycle. KEY ACTIVITIES: -Identify new potential customers through research, cold calls, and industrial visits. -Support Sales Engineers and Managers in planning and scheduling customer meetings. -Attend customer meetings, take notes, and prepare visit reports. -Assist in preparing and sending quotations, technical documents, and other required paperwork. -Do regular follow-up calls and emails to remind customers about offers, clarifications, and order status. -Collect and organize all documents needed for order confirmation and internal processing. -Keep all enquiry, visit, and order details updated in the CRM system. -Coordinate with internal teams (design, costing, accounts) to get required information for offers and orders. -Support in building initial connections with site engineers, purchase teams, and local influencers. -Learn about products, applications, and the full sales process through active fieldwork and training. |
| EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: | Qualification (Must/Desirable): BTech, BE in Electrical Experience: 0 to 2 year Experience in B2B Sales of Transformers / Panels / Gensets or other similar electrical items. |
