JOB TITLE:Executive – Sales
INDUSTRY TYPE:Transformer Manufacturing
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:  To prepare technical and commercial offer of each qualified lead & to maintain all updated GTP, Drawings, costing sheet, design covering sheet.

KEY RESULTS:       

  1. Marketing process adherence.
  2. Timely follow-up.
  3. Timely preparation of offer.
  4. Timely submission document as per customer requirement.
  5. Keep record of all post order activities.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

  1. Pre Order Activity: To maintain all communication for each qualified lead, offer preparation, commercial terms and conditions discussion, offer submission.
  2. Talk to customer & take regular update, follow-up, negotiation, attend meeting whenever require.
  3. All Post Order Activities: coordinate with all internal departments & update customer time to time as per delivery schedule.
  4. Vendor Approval: Prepare all document related to vendor approval, coordinate with customer for approval.
  5. Entry in FMS regular basis and fill the data as per required format.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Qualification (Must/Desirable): Graduate or Post Graduate is preferred.   Experience:  Min. 3 years of Experience in Marketing department.
